Olde Muskingum Trail-Butterbridge Trailhead

Nice area of the trailhead. Not as popular as other areas of the trail. Plenty of gravel parking and a porta potty. No benches or tables from what I could see. Even though the part of the trail is not real popular it does take a minute to cross Butterbridge road due to steady traffic.

Clean trail, fairly well maintained. Plenty of parking.

One of those trails that set you back in time. A quiet. laid back trail that offers much peace and personal time. It runs parallel with the Ohio & Erie Canal Trail. Take the Ohio & Erie Canal Trail one way and return via the Olde Muskingum Trail that ends or starts at Canal Fulton. Don't forget off-trail adventure. Touring around off-trail brought fantastic finds.

Nice flat walking trail not too busy not too many bikes. Sun and shade

Very long beautiful well maintained Trail in the woods with a canal on one side and a river on the other.
