He noticed an issue with my gazebo step that was rotting as well and rather than overlooking the issue, he told me about it and he fixed that too. “Victor (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable. This is my first time ever filing a homeowners insurance claim and it was due to hail and wind. I did not realize how much of a pain and hassle it was to deal with homeowners insurance companies! They try to fight you tooth and nail to get anything approved and even then try not to pay what it actually costs. I couldn’t have done it alone I would’ve been shut down fast and been left to cover the rest which I probably couldn’t have afforded. Victor never gave up and was by my side (electronically and sometimes in person depending on the need in the process) every step of the way helping me navigate documents, estimates, and breaking down his knowledge to where I could somewhat understand what was going on, what was right, what was wrong, and feel comfortable when responding to the insurance adjuster like I knew what I was talking about 😂. I feel truly blessed I came across Victor thanks to his wife responding to my post on Facebook when I was lost and didn’t know what to do as far as contractors, who to contact, what was right, what was wrong, etc. I was originally approached by a contractor who was VERY pushy and not very communicative with me so I decided not to move forward with him and made the post… I’m thankful for her also.
