“We moved our aunt there six months ago. The place is fantastic! Plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged. Caring staff that are very attentive to the individual needs of the residents. (They also appear to retain their staff which is difficult in today's environment and is key for continuity of care). Food is good. Place is very clean and well maintained. We have dealt with other assisted living facilities for three of our parents and this is tops!”

This was more than what any other gyms had offered me. I joined that day and am very impressed with how clean everything is. Motivational sayings are posted everywhere. Vanessa let the other trainers know about my neck limitations so that my exercises are designed as to not add stress to that. All of these characteristics made me feel important and cared for.
