They were super accommodating on the times that I requested for their services. They arrived on time and were very personable. They made me feel so comfortable that I ended up taking a nap while they cleaned the carpets! I had low expectations for the result of the carpet cleaning due to the amount of stains on the carpet throughout the building. To say I was amazed after they were done would be an understatement. The carpets looked so much better. They even called me two days later to see if I was pleased with the carpets after it had dried. Amazing customer service!
