“Everyone was helpful and kind at this location. They helped us find things in their very large and ever changing inventory. It's basically a large flea market. Some items are modern, and some smell of age. We were here for about an hour when some of our group had to exit due to mold sensitivity. There's no public bathroom at this location, but there's a gas station nearby that has one. There's also a bar connected that offered their restroom. We felt very welcomed by staff that we decided to check out their other location. We were interested in the video game selection at the other location. Unfortunately, the other location lied to us about the video game consoles that we purchased being tested, and they wouldn't let us test it. I wouldn't recommend buying gaming things from this store unless they allow testing. All sales are final, so you'll be hoping that you didn't just spend your weeks pay for something that doesn't work. If you're looking for something else, there's a lot of different things and an inventory that will change. It's a possibility of finding many interesting items that don't need to be tested. I can’t recommend the other location for anything outside of that either, and it's a smaller store. It was a fun adventure overall for our family celebration. I was just upset about being lied to and wasting hard earned money on a console that was promised to work.”

“Hospitality and service a 10! I attended a chalk painting class and it was only 2 hours. I brought an end table and I got to do painting, stamps, a transfer, dry sanding, wet sanding, AND finishing. Thanks to excellent instructions, it came out exactly the way I wanted it. I even bought supplies for home projects. If you're looking for vintage clothing, upcycled items, the store is awesome and I HIGHLY recommend the classes as you get so much out of them.”

“Just wanted to share with you my experience with Senior Safe Solutions. I called the owner Dave late last fall and requested that he come out and give me a quote to replace my bathroom tub with a walk-in shower. He came out and gave me the quote and I said I would like to think about it and get back to him. He kindly thanked my for my time and left. I called two other companies and had them come out and give me a quote as well and was totally turned off by the sale tactics by one of the companies, the pressure was unbelievable, worst I've ever experienced. I finally got them to leave and immediately called Dave and asked if he could come back and discuss the project with me again which he was more than happy to do. I signed with Senior Safe not only because he saved me more than $2,000.00 over the other two companies but also because he was the nicest person you could ever want to meet, very honest and up front with everything. Also may I add that the (2) installers were also very nice and meticulous about their work. I stuck my head inside the bathroom a couple of times, without them knowing just to see how it was coming and each time was amazed. I had no idea that the plumbing behind the wall was being replaced as well, I was really excited about that, no more worrying about leaks as in the past. All I can say is that this was one of the wisest decisions, if not the only, I have made. I thoroughly love this shower, should have done it years ago. P.S. You will not be disappointed.....”

“Best Buy managers and employees are amazing. I had came in with an issue related to a go-pro and it was immediately taken care of. I didn’t catch the managers name who had helped. Then about a week later, I went in again to pay for an SD card reader. My card was having problems and manager Anthony told me it was taken care of. It had been a really rough day for me & that one little interaction really made a huge difference. They really care about their customers. I have always gone there to get dash-cams & things of that nature installed in my car and I am always taken care of. I also have gone there to purchase products & the environment & customer service is amazing. I also wanted to add that the go-pro issue was NOT Best Buy’s fault. These people at this location go above & beyond. I will also be contacting corporate to tell them how much this store will do for their customers to make sure every interaction is handled professionally, articulately, and respectably.
