“I really enjoy the food when I come here. I got the cheesesticks and burger sliders with fresh cut fries. The food was super hot and delicious. My only minor complaint is that there were only one waitress with a trainee and they were running around. I won't hold that against them, but I ran out of water before my food came out and never got anymore. Someone from the back brought the food out and I didn't see my waitress until after I was done eating and they brought the check. Nobody checked if the food was ok after they brought it out so luckily nothing was wrong or missing. Overall, still an enjoyable meal.”

“We've seen Dr. Ibrahim for about 5 years when they moved from North Canton stat care to the newer Portage location. Never had an issue with scheduling over this time, we don't miss or be late for appts, as a patient that goes a long way for your healthcare team to help YOU. Never had an issue with time in the office as scheduling always asks what I need to discuss so they can budget time for my visit. Thinking of new things or forgotten questions puts a strain on everyone so please write down all your concerns and then share them with scheduling so time can be budgeted for all your medical concerns. Never had rude or condescending treatment. There are two handicap parking spots directly in front of the entrance. Clean bathroom facilties inside and I like the building location and setup; a small, single building which is easy to get in and out of (driving and walking) compared to large scale medical buildings/plazas. A patient won't need to ask directions which floor or wing the appointment is in. The location is quick to access with a vehicle and walking will be short to get inside and to the exam rooms. The waiting room is well lit and clean with comfortable seating. We'll keep going here until the staff retires or when my body no longer needs medical care.”

He came out the same day I called and had the new softener installed in just a few days. As someone who's always been on city water before, having a well and a water softener are new to me. He patiently and thoroughly educated me on not just my softener but also how my whole system worked, from the well pump to the holding tank to the softener itself. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me the knowledge to do routine maintenance tasks myself instead of needing to call him to take care of them.
