I had an amazing experience with Jason. He made it super easy, fun and was able to answer all my questions. He fought hard to get me the best price and stay within my budget. While accompanying my friend this past weekend to upgrade her civic, I was walking around the showroom floor and saw a 2021 Honda Accord 1.5 Sport SE in my favorite color (blue). Beth Locke who was my friend’s salesperson was walking her to finance and asked if I was interested. I indicated I had just purchased a 2019 two years ago. She said well let’s take a look. She ran my information and I was approved directly through Honda Finance. In all of my years I have never had direct in house financing at a low Interest Rate or was able to buy the exact version (showroom model) of what I wanted with no concessions. I cried in her office because it meant a lot to me (financially), to be able to do that. I will probably always drive Honda.

Had a great experience at Great Lakes Honda. The shortest time ever spent at a dealership from test drive to keys in hand. Loving my new 2019 Honda Accord. I’ve always wanted one since I got my license at 16. And at 32 I think I have the most stylish by far one of the best looking cars on the road. With 5 stars in all safety categories. Very pleased.

Justin and Rob are amazing. They are always quick to help in every way. They are definitely an asset to your company. I love that they always remember me by name. I have used other dealers on occasion but Great Lakes is the best in the area by far.. My car has over 200,000 miles on it now still going strong. However, I did decide to buy another Honda odyssey because they’re such fantastic reliable vehicles and I do a lot of driving for work. Britney in sales is wonderful too. In my opinion this dealership and their service especially dealing with Justin and Rob are out of this world. I love this place.

Since I continue to take my Honda to Great Lakes. The service there has been outstanding each and every time I go, I receive concise information candid recommendations and with my service technician Sean and the mechanic Scott I know that my car is in great hands.
