(September 7, 2022, 3:25 pm)Last Thursday I stopped into Don Sitts auto not knowing what to expect. I was immediately greeted by Darlene and told her I was interested in looking at a vehicle on the lot. Darlene was very polite and professional and answered all my questions in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. I told Darlene I would have a trade in as well and she took my vehicles info and told me she would get me a price asap. This was late in the day and I said no rush. The very next day Darlene called me and offered me a very fair price on my trade in. A credit app was completed and within 15 minutes I was called again with an approval. The gentleman working in the finance department was very personable and not pushy in anyway. My experience at Don Sitts auto couldn’t have been better. I’ll look forward to doing business with this top notch dealership whenever I’m in the market! Fyi I live an hour away and it was well worth the travel to do deal with this dealership.

I have purchased vehicles there myself & have recommended dozens of my customers to buy vehicles there, without a single complaint. The staff is zero pressure & knowledgeable. Don Sitts is very honest & has extremely high quality vehicles. I would recommend to anyone to make Don Sitts your first stop when looking to purchase anything automotive.
