  I’ve been coming to cost cutters for a couple of years , everyone is extremely nice! However I wanted to give a shout out to an employee for her attention to detail , teachable moment, kindness , going the extra mile , being respectful and classy as well! Tonight I went in for an eyebrow wax and hair trim! The stylist Ariel was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in! She let me know she would be available in 10 minutes. Once I was getting started she realized her coworker needed some guidance and was very very kind and classy! She was not rude or disrespectful, she used her time to teach a coworker how to do a couple of things! Not only did she step in and help her coworker she made sure the customer was happy! She did a great job with her verbiage and was very professional! Again stepped in very kindly gave pointers and made the experience into a teachable moment etc! She really went the extra mile! In a world where we have some many people rushing day to day and worrying about who’s in the chair etc she didn’t have this worry! She truly wanted to be a team player all around ! So thank you!! To her supervisor you are lucky to have her apart of your team!!! She is dedicated, kind , classy and professional! Thank you again!

  Had the BEST experience getting my daughter's hair highlighted by Ashley at cost cutters. She was so invested in making my daughter feel special and beautiful!!!!!!!

  Made a reservation at noon for 12:30. When we arrived every chair was full except one and four people were sitting in the waiting area.
  They greeted me immediately and I said I had the reservation. They immediately sat me in the one empty chair and gave me a great haircut.
  Friendly, Fast & efficient
