“I’ve been coming to cost cutters for a couple of years , everyone is extremely nice! However I wanted to give a shout out to an employee for her attention to detail , teachable moment, kindness , going the extra mile , being respectful and classy as well! Tonight I went in for an eyebrow wax and hair trim! The stylist Ariel was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in! She let me know she would be available in 10 minutes. Once I was getting started she realized her coworker needed some guidance and was very very kind and classy! She was not rude or disrespectful, she used her time to teach a coworker how to do a couple of things! Not only did she step in and help her coworker she made sure the customer was happy! She did a great job with her verbiage and was very professional! Again stepped in very kindly gave pointers and made the experience into a teachable moment etc! She really went the extra mile! In a world where we have some many people rushing day to day and worrying about who’s in the chair etc she didn’t have this worry! She truly wanted to be a team player all around ! So thank you!!
