SOS is THE premier, overall health and wellness experience in NE Ohio. Scott brings years of knowledge; showing you the correct way to get into shape. His ground-up approach allows anyone from your couch potato to your triathlete walk out of a session feeling as though you’ve just been through battle.
Don’t let this scare you, though. Scott works at your pace. Yes, he pushes you; but you can feel confident that the mechanics he shows are movements that minimize the potential for injury.
I would consider myself semi-active. I’ve trained with Scott on again/off again for a lot of years. I’ve trained both prior to and after a hip replacement. Scott’s approach has always been one of getting the basics down and then pushing yourself.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the training you’ll receive at SOS. If you are considering making the change to better your life physically and mentally, SOS is your place.

I’ve been seeing “Coach” Scott for close to 12 years now— first when I was competing in athletics. He took my strength and conditioning to a level far beyond what I could have done on my own, and he tailored our personal training sessions to my exact needs for wrestling.
Since moving from Ohio to Boston, I have yet to find a trainer or a program to rival Scott’s knowledge and effectiveness. I now take advantage of his online classes— they are engaging, challenging, and designed to promote overall fitness and body health.

There is nothing quite like a kettlebell workout, and Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. Once you learn the correct form and movements, the variety is endless! I haven’t found anything quite like this class, and strongly recommend putting forth the effort of learning and strengthening.
