This comes From G. Fox another member here at Gen Fed.
I have banked there since around 1996, have had 2 home loans and 3 car loans and I never had any trouble getting the loans. I just had some checks stolen from a Mail box at the Post Office, someone got into the box and one of my checks was rewritten and cashed. It took me 2 weeks to get it figured out and Gen Fed instantly closed my account, got me new checks and redeposited the money back into my account.
What better service can you get than this?

I used to have the biggest distrust of financial institutions but after my father convinced me to join Gen Fed, well I still had my doubts.
But over time they proved to be wonderful, not just for my actual credit but they've helped me out with quick loans with very low rates, probably the lowest tbh lol. And Everytime I walk in everyone is so freaking nice I feel like a borderline celebrity at this point.
I have formed bonds with different tellers over the years
And I think I will continue to for a very long time
