“We truly enjoyed working with our Aspen contractor to repair our home after it was hit by a hailstorm. The biggest benefit of working with Aspen was the skill to work with our insurance company. Our contractor circled back with them several times to explain what should be covered to properly repair our home. It greatly helped us to have someone with the building code skill and knowledge to advocate on our behalf. Another benefit was our Aspen contractor supervised the on-site work to make sure it was done right. Plus, he helped us fix some other house issues not related to the damage but needed to be done (such as the black mold found behind our dishwasher). We greatly appreciated the extra work and care to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. A big thank you for keeping us in the communication loop (we had no surprises of when materials were delivered or workers coming to our home) and we felt we were treated like family!
