I have had them for a few years and don’t have 1 bad thing to say. Everyone there is friendly and super knowledgeable. Also, for the first time I got into an accident and they walk you through the claim process making it a stress less experience. There is a reason they have 5/5 stars . Because they are really that good !! If your reading this debating on whether you should call them or not to get insurance, just do it !!! Did I mention , it’s also the best priced insurance in the greater Akron area also!!! I will never go anywhere else, best move I ever made was switching to Paul bucars State Farm.
