I’ve taken pilates classes for years locally and on both coasts, and consider Brian a wonderful teacher. He is both inspirational and very knowledgeable. Brian is very concerned about his clients’ alignment and strives to keep every client safe and healthy. He is empathetic and helps to alleviate stress while maintaining a positive mindset. I was recuperating from shoulder surgeries when I took his classes and my physical therapist was astonished by my improved mobility and strength after just a few classes. I never felt pain or discomfort after working hard in his classes. Brian is loyal to the Joseph Pilates method but uses music and a joyful approach to make his classes fun and enjoyable.

The only workout class I’ve ever taken where I’ve felt comfortable laughing and actually having fun while working out.
