The owner worked with me to give my daughter with developmental disabilities the opportunity to learn gymnastics in a way that worked for her. Not only did she find a way to accommodate me, she didn't price gouge like most places I've experienced do based on her special needs. Also, Coach Pam is PHENOMENAL! She is an amazing instructor and has ton of passion for yoga and helping people to live better lives. She is both encouraging and knowledgeable as she gives a lot of insight to how you are helping your body and mind with the various poses during her class. The studio itself is very clean, beautiful and welcoming as well.”

“I went to this planet fitness location the other day and the facility was very clean and well maintained! The locker room area was very nice and their fluorescent mirrors make your photos look great! It was not too crowded which I liked- I went around 4:15pm. However, there was quiet a bit of of cardio equipment out of order which caused me to have to be on equipment directly next to someone else and which is why I am giving them 4 stars. The treadmills were very hard on my knees as I was running, there was very little bounce to them. Other than the equipment being out of order- this location is clean, easily accessible, and not too crowded!”

“I came to Akron to visit my family for a couple weeks, and needed a gym to keep it going. I called American Muscle and Fitness and they didn’t hesitate to have me use their facility. They treated me like a regular, and I got plugged in that day. Plenty of equipment available, and all of it is quality and well kept. Honestly I hate that I can’t have this exact gym in my current hometown. Jason and the staff are great peoples(shoutout to Sam for always being available and helpful). Don’t hesitate to make this your everyday gym.”

“Came here thinking I need my leaf springs replaced on a leaning Ford Ranger I recently purchased. Checked out the truck at no charge and made some adjustments. They said the leaf springs are fine and to give it some time. I had a shock that I needed installed and did that at a reasonable price. Good people trying to do right by their customers. “I tried out a kickboxing class tonight and as an absolute beginner and my first time in the building I felt so welcomed. The instructor and veterans in the class all worked with me to correct my form and show me the ropes. It was an awesome workout and I had fun doing it. It was very clean and they offer different classes, personal training, open gym/weight lifting, etc for all ages.”
