(May 26, 2023, 4:48 pm)I bought an engagement ring from another jewelery establishment and my step father told me to take it here to see if they could beat the price. Not only did they beat the price of the ring I had already purchased, but they upgraded the ring by quite a bit. The customer service here was amazing and I will be returning for any further jewelery purchases. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured or did they insult the quality of the already purchased ring. He said the ring I had was a nice one, but here is what he could do for me. For all those people out there, like myself, that wondered what happened to customer service.. this is the place for you. Thank you guys for treating me like a valued customer ! You have earned my business for life, just after a single visit.

I am happy to continue that positive recommendation in the strongest measure. On a couple of occasions, I have used other jewelers because of location or travel, but each time missing the service, selection, custom creations, and the excellent staff and jewelers at Sam's Jewelry Emporium. I would give them 10 stars if the rating scale allowed.
