She is an amazing instructor and has ton of passion for yoga and helping people to live better lives. She is both encouraging and knowledgeable as she gives a lot of insight to how you are helping your body and mind with the various poses during her class. The studio itself is very clean, beautiful and welcoming as well.”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Dr. Jim is amazing! I have been seeing him for about 5-6 years now and can honestly say that he has helped our family so much. What I really appreciate is the fact that he really takes the time to adjust your issues and correct them. I don’t think I could have made it through my second pregnancy without him. He was able to tailor to my needs and pivot for road blocks. Additionally, we trust him so much, we took our newborn to see him as he was dealing with so many gas issues post-birth. There’s such a calming and reassuring sense to Dr. Jim, no matter the situation. We cannot thank you enough for taking care of all of us! If you are in the area, or not, he’s worth the drive!”
