“So far pretty good experiences. I got called from putting my old car on Kelly Blue Book online providing my information. They had exactly what I was looking for and immediately went up to test drive. I didn't actually have the car I was looking to trade, but they were still willing to start the sale, which was completed the very next day. It was a really quick easy buying process. I added window tint and rust coat proofing to my purchase and upon dropping my car off, I was provided with a very nice 2021 Tacoma as a loaner, which I almost liked better than my Camry TRD! When I picked my Camry up the next day, the window tint looked great but I didn't get a strip across the top front like I hoped. In setting up the window tint, it was just passed along from my car salesman, to maybe someone in service who then set it up with a local tint company. He just asked, what percent all the way around. I think had I went to a tint company myself, it would have been a bit more personable service and to my exact specification. I also don't know who did the tint, so hopefully if something bubbles, scratches or peels down the road, Summit will make it right. Aside the window tint, the rust coating left my car pretty messy. They didn't seem to take much care or time in a detail cleaning before giving me the keys. I had to ask someone to come take a look and then they took another 30 minutes to fix it. I appreciate them fixing, but still. I plan on taking my new car there for all services to maintain the warranty, but service didn't seem to be to helpful or personable. I ask a question and I'm told that I need to see my sales person, who has been hit or miss when I've stopped in. If I'm expected or going to be new repeat customer for retaining, I would expect them to be a little more clear and helpful in directing me to who and where I need to go for future service requests/questions. Retaining that relationship could be the difference of my next purchase down the road.”

Not only did they give us 2 of the trailer tires they were purchasing for their own trailer, they gave us a great deal, they changed both tires on the spot and we were back on the road in 30 minutes! Amazing!!! We are so grateful!! This place is between our home and our campsite, but we will for sure do business with them again in the future. “Another first time visit , as they just opened there for business . I bought used tires from another business , and took them to a tire shop on Massillon Road . I've been doing business with for many years . They told me to remove the front , tires and rims from my car . Then remove the tires from the rims .Then mount the tires that I had previously bought , balance them , and put them back on my car ,would cost me $83.00 !!!!! I said that I could have bought tires for that price ( which would include mounting and balancing ) . He just looked at me and smiled and said "yep " . Naturally I left there , never to return . I went to U Need A Tire , on the Akron ,Ohio side of Massillon Road , at Akron Airport circle . I told the man that I had tires that I needed put on my car , and asked how much . He said $20.00 for each Tire to be mounted and balanced. Saved over $20.00 by going to U Need A Tire !!!!!!! Try them next time you need New or Used quality tires .”
