“I was initially scheduled to pick up a rental car at the Akron/Canton Airport Budget rental desk. When I arrived I was told that I had to use a credit card as they would not accept a debit card for the transaction due to being a corporate owned rental place. That would have been nice to know before I drove an hour to the airport but that wasn't Budget's fault. That was AAA's fault. When I located the Budget Rental place on Market Street which was a franchise owned Budget rental place, not a corporate rental place, the parking lot was small and full of cars. They need a larger parking area. The staff were extremely friendly and very flexible. They didn't have the initial sized car I was originally searching for but they upgraded me to a more suitable car for my needs. I would definitely use this franchise Budget Rental place again.”

However I wanted to give a shout out to an employee for her attention to detail , teachable moment, kindness , going the extra mile , being respectful and classy as well! Tonight I went in for an eyebrow wax and hair trim! The stylist Ariel was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in! She let me know she would be available in 10 minutes. Once I was getting started she realized her coworker needed some guidance and was very very kind and classy! She was not rude or disrespectful, she used her time to teach a coworker how to do a couple of things! Not only did she step in and help her coworker she made sure the customer was happy! She did a great job with her verbiage and was very professional! Again stepped in very kindly gave pointers and made the experience into a teachable moment etc! She really went the extra mile! In a world where we have some many people rushing day to day and worrying about who’s in the chair etc she didn’t have this worry! She truly wanted to be a team player all around ! So thank you!! “I am not appreciative. Believe me; they are trying to do as well as they can for those in need. But if you go in the 5pm to 6:30pm pantry, you will get nothing you can use. I was given 16 hotdog buns but no hotdogs A box of taco shells but nothing to put on them. The gallon of milk as and box of cherios was the only thing i can use. They gave a bag of flaming hot cheetoes and two packets of valveta cheese sauce that were jalapeno flavored . I have a stomach ulser and sadly cannot eat hot foods. It seems to me that they give out things from other foodbanks that no one else wants. I appreciate any food, but unless yo u live very close, its not worth the gasoline.”

“Nice enough folks, direct and efficient. Gave me a hell of a deal, $117, on 2 pretty new tires in decent condition, and a mount/balance. Pulled up, and they had it jacked up and thr wheels off in about 5 minutes. Went through a quick showing of their used tire wares, and from what i could see they had some decent stock, and within 20 minutes, and they where dealing with about 4 other customers, i was back on the road and they seemed well balanced on the highway. If you want direct, efficient, and quick used tire replacement, this place gets my 5stars. Will definitely use their services again 👍”
