“We truly enjoyed working with our Aspen contractor to repair our home after it was hit by a hailstorm. The biggest benefit of working with Aspen was the skill to work with our insurance company. Our contractor circled back with them several times to explain what should be covered to properly repair our home. It greatly helped us to have someone with the building code skill and knowledge to advocate on our behalf. Another benefit was our Aspen contractor supervised the on-site work to make sure it was done right. Plus, he helped us fix some other house issues not related to the damage but needed to be done (such as the black mold found behind our dishwasher). We greatly appreciated the extra work and care to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. A big thank you for keeping us in the communication loop (we had no surprises of when materials were delivered or workers coming to our home) and we felt we were treated like family! “Another first time visit , as they just opened there for business . I bought used tires from another business , and took them to a tire shop on Massillon Road . I've been doing business with for many years . They told me to remove the front , tires and rims from my car . Then remove the tires from the rims .Then mount the tires that I had previously bought , balance them , and put them back on my car ,would cost me $83.00 !!!!! I said that I could have bought tires for that price ( which would include mounting and balancing ) . He just looked at me and smiled and said "yep " . Naturally I left there , never to return . I went to U Need A Tire , on the Akron ,Ohio side of Massillon Road , at Akron Airport circle . I told the man that I had tires that I needed put on my car , and asked how much . He said $20.00 for each Tire to be mounted and balanced. Saved over $20.00 by going to U Need A Tire !!!!!!! Try them next time you need New or Used quality tires .”
