“Owner was responsive and listened to us to understand our primary objectives and style. His ideas were both practical and beautiful, and he was realistic with our budget. I was very hands-on during the planning and execution, and he was a good partner. His subcontractors were all excellent. They are all highly-skilled perfectionists that took their time to do things right the first time. Communication was driven by me (asking for updates, etc.) and owner was responsive to my needs. Although timing of our install was delayed due to COVID, work shortages, etc., out of the owners' control, the end result was well-worth the wait, and came in on-budget. Any challenges, issues or concerns were also resolved in a mutually respectful way (any construction project will have some bumps or inadvertent miscommunication along the way--the key was handling them with grace). Would absolutely hire again.”
