Totally professional, knowledgeable, and out right wonderful, service. Had an entire family of skunks living under my garage before July 4th weekend. Noticed them on Wednesday night before and was planning a big party. Mike definitely went above and beyond, came out Friday night to set traps and explained the process. Was here every morning to remove the skunks and reset the traps. 8 skunks removed and not a worry about the people for the party. Absolute professional, definitely will call again with any issues if I have any.

Mike and Tracy are THE BEST! I occasionally heard scratching in my attic and I finally called to get it addressed. Once I called them they were at my house as soon as they could be and inspected my problem. They fully explained and showed me pictures of what they found and showed me how they would fix my critter issue. They were spot on. After the initial cleaning of my attic mess, NE Ohio winter arrived. As soon as the weather broke, they were here to finish the job. They determined there was no new activity and they sealed up the areas where the critters were gaining attic access. I feel confident my issue is resolved. I would use them every time!

Had an old, smart raccoon who was hard to trap. Mike from Summit stayed dedicated to the cause and managed to remove the raccoon safely. I appreciated Mike keeping me updated while we were in the process of trying to trap the raccoon. He made this a very easy experience. Thanks!

I am so amazed at how helpful and kind these people are! I have been a stress monster and they put me at ease right away. Very knowledgeable. And a major point affordable. Raccoons are the worst! But they have it handled! I will be a repeat client because let's face it, mother nature has her own agenda! Thank goodness we have the good guys!!!
