Can't say enough with the job ANR did for us. Called Matt and he came out when he said he'd be here. He went over everything I mentioned that may need to be troubledshooted and he wrote eveything down and then some. Matt called us back to schedule the work with an estimate and Mike, Jake, Alex, and Angelo were here as scheduled. Took two days for this team to locate problems and get everything corrected and up to code. We still have some more areas to replace with new wire in the Spring, but we will not hesitate to call ANR back to take care of that job as well. What a great bunch of technicians. These guys work well together. Not only were they professional, but it is refreshing to see a younger generation with good personalities to boot !! These guys did an excellent job. They certainly live up to their motto, "Trust our family to power yours." We highly reccommend ANR to anyone for any type of residential electrical work. These folks know what they're doing !!

10/14/2022 10 Stars for ANR. Lost 1 leg of my underground power overnight. Next morning I called numerous companies to trace and locate and couldn't find anyone available til the next week. That wasn't going to work. Called ANR and they pulled a guy (Mike)from another job to come out within an hour. Mike was great, very knowlegable and friendly. I had the job completed and power restored by the end of the afternoon. Thank you Chris, Mike, Holly, Brittany for getting this done so quick. You got good people Nick
Aaron was VERY helpful. We lost power late last night, left a voicemail and he called back as soon as he could early this morning. He came out to investigate the issue. He told us it was an Ohio Edison issue that they would need to come out and replace the wires. He was very kind and made the call for us to get us squared away. Ohio Edison came out and fixed the issue. Aaron was very kind to steer us in the right direction without charging us. I will definitely recommend ANR in the future and will be calling when we have other electrical needs.

After discussing with high level management regarding your poor review, we'd like to discuss the facts:
1. Call received for immediate service to wire the in-ground pool.
2. Site visit the same day; not enough information to quote services.
3. Returned the next morning with manpower, material and equipment; as requested for immediate expedited service.
4. Price requested and received the same morning, upon arrival. ($3,500)
5. Customer stated they could have the work done for less.
6. Chris politely stated we could not perform the expedited work for less.
7. Chris and the crew left without any services rendered.
We truly apologize for not meeting your pricing needs and hope you're satisfied with the other electrical contractors work.
