Katie Cox was awesome! I needed two tux shirts and she special ordered them. When they sent the wrong size she drove to another store and got
me the correct shirts. Her customer service is excellent! Her assistant Joe does a great job too! I will not hesitate to call one her again if I need anything tux related! Thank you, Katie!

Amazing people and service. Katie Cox is the epitome of customer service. Our tuxedos had gone to the wrong location, she reassured us that it will be resolved today. She drove over an hour to accommodate our schedules to make sure that we received our tuxedos at the proper time. So happy we got our tuxedos from that location.
