(October 14, 2022, 12:55 pm)This studio is AMAZING! From the teachers to Aesthetics/cleanliness - you can’t beat it. The energy of the studio is just what I needed. There are plenty of class options that are accessible to everyone and they also hold super fun workshops each month. I love that the teachers allow me to experiment with different poses within my practice and they emphasize to take what MY body needs. Hot Power with the inferred heating panels is my favorite class and a great way to detox your body:)
(July 2, 2022, 8:01 pm)Great small yoga that offers so many classes and I’ve loved every one I’ve taken. All the teachers seem genuine and really enjoy what they are doing and are very motivating and caring. They offer a great intro month discounted offer to let you try as many classes as you want before committing. They have hot power, slow flow, yin, vinyasa to yin among some others including yogalates. The monthly price is really reasonable if you plan to take a lot of classes. A hidden little gem in Cuyahoga falls that I wish I had found sooner.
(March 3, 2022, 8:34 pm)Everyone is so welcoming and friendly at this beautiful studio located in uptown Cuyahoga Falls. They offer so many different types of classes including yin, restorative, power, Vinyasa. I love getting together one-on-one with Raeni Taylor for private Katonah sessions. Heather Baur brings magic to every class she teaches and Alexa Buda has this chill energy. I've learned so much about myself in the one-and-a-half years coming here and I am thankful they are part of my community!
