Cascade Mazda

Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Jason was awesome. When I got there the car was clean and ready to go, jumped right into the finance office and completed the paperwork, got the keys and a short introduction and was on my way. Was there for under an hour, a great experience.

Update: I purchased a second car just a few months later (thanks carvana) and was able to buy the more upgraded version of the same model. Was in and out yet again. Thanks Jason.

Update again: A few months later, I bought a Subaru from Cascade Subaru. And Jason helped with the purchase along with the help of a subaru team. When i got there, it was already to go, and I spent maybe 1/2 an hour at the dealer.

Very happy with the experience. If I need a new car, I'll be going to Cascade again.

I hate dealing with car salesmen, but with that being said, I needed to lease a vehicle as I had turned my other one in. I was prepared for a bums rush of vulture salesmen coming out to me before I could get out of my car, but to my suprise, they didn't! I went in to the showroom and met Jason, he told me to look around and if I had any questions, he'd be around. We asked him about a particular car I was interested in. He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there. He was so genuine, and very nice. He was never pushy or predatory. I told him I loved the vehicle but didn't think I could afford it. We sat down and crunched numbers to where I could fit it in my budget and ended up leaving as a happy owner of a brand new CX5! I've never had a dealership experience that was SO enjoyable as this and so refreshing! I really hadn't thought of purchasing a Mazda before because I thought they were expensive, but this model was not only cheaper than my Chevy Equinox, but it was LOADED with options that actually was INCLUDED in the price!
Now, most dealerships will just give you the keys and send you on your way, but NOT Cascade Mazda! Upon receipt of the car, I was told to come in anytime for 30 min. so that they could go over the entire features of my car with me so I could learn where everything is. THAT was incredible and definitely wasn't expected! I've been driving my car for about 6 mo. now and I absolutely LOVE my CX5!
I highly recommend this dealership and when I need another vehicle, I'll definitely be back.

Gave me a fair trade amount, good price on the new car and I felt very good walking out. No pressure no hassle. I was able to complete most of the process online, phone and email so all I really had to do was sign and drive. The Finance guy Patrick was also great, no pressure to purchase extended warranties like typical dealerships. I highly recommend Cascade if your looking for a good honest quick and hassle free experience where you don’t feel pressured. Actually felt like valued customer for once and not just another sale on the books. I’ll be a return customer and will recommend friends, family and anyone in the market for a new Mazda - the experience at the dealer really makes the car that much better!
