(December 28, 2021, 7:54 pm)My wife and I picked up our 2022 Q8 today. This is our fourth Audi, all from Audi Cuyahoga Falls. The experience could not have been better. We did have difficulty getting a car, but Pat Primm and his team worked tirelessly to get us the car that we wanted. Cody in the documents and finance department had every document ready, in order, and with an understandable explanation for everything we signed. Ben, who is the tech wizard, showed us the features on the car. No small task, but he did it in a way that we readily understood, and he was able to answer all questions completely and directly. This was a great experience, and we highly recommend Audi Cuyahoga Falls
