Cher was our service contact and then Jason. Cher went above and beyond to help our General RV experience end on a high note after prior issues were dropped by prior service technicians. Cher was compassionate and understanding in our case of getting everything done right this time. I highly recommend Cher and/Jason and their team of professionals.

My salesman Andrew took his time to show us many units before we decided on the perfect rig. He was knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. There were a few issues when we went to pick up the 2023 Dutchman Yukon 412D. Between Mike in the service department, and Matt sales manager they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I wish I could remember the technician name, but he was very thorough, and corrected the issues in a timely manner. Definitely could tell they take pride in their jobs, and 100 % customer satisfaction is their goal. We definitely did not feel like just another number., more like family
