The Lake Campground

We have a seasonal campsite here. The owners and staff are always very helpful and kind. The other campers are friendly and very respectful. The swimming lake has several large inflatables that the kids love. The Lake Campground is such a wonderful place. It’s a very family oriented place. I was impressed that the lifeguards not only were alert, but they even reprimand people who use loud foul language. That being said, it’s also a place where the adults can get lose and have fun, but respect for others seems to be priority and it doesn’t get as party crazy as some other “party campgrounds” we’ve been to.
My only complaint would be that the community bathrooms are outdated glorified outhouses. We have a bathroom in our camper so it really doesn’t matter. Overall, we are VERY happy that we found this place to be our seasonal campground and we plan on staying there for years to come!

So excited for our 2 nd season at the lake this year! We absolutely LOVE being here. From the swimming to all the fun events all the campers do together like our poker runs, pot luck dinners, Christmas in July and many more! Just absolutely a great atmosphere, very Family oriented! It’s all around a great family run campground & we’re so happy to be apart of it all.

My wife and I are members at the Lake Campground, and we have 5 children that just love it. I think the owners do a great job at making it safe and fun for all. Thank you Kris and Amy for holding people accountable for their actions, It makes for a nice peaceful place for my family.
