WT was sooooo patient with me. Dealing with an unfortunate financial emergency that was brought up on my plate! Waterloo Transmission serviced me with a transmission replacement. They take all forms of payment, including gift cards up to a certain amount. Due to the fact my car was there for so long, in the end, they worked a reasonable agreement out where I can pay for the storage fees. They were very patient and very gracious enough to have my car and their care and safety for that long period of time and I was not worried about my car a single bit! They were very fair and thorough!

And I should mention that they were 2 hours from my home but I chose they for the work on my Nissan because they had the most reasonable pricing backed by a guarantee and also had the work done when promised.
