I love this boot camp. Its early in the am and under the stars. I love that my workout is out of the way before my kids are awake. Every workout is different. Chris is a great coach and puts a lot of effort into making the best of every minute. I highly recommend!
This is a wonderful way to get your workout in for the day. It starts at 5:30 a.m. under the stars, and the workouts are different everyday. Chris is an excellent trainer.
