“So far, this has been the absolute best location in Tulsa that my husband and I have gone to. The 41st and yale metro is the worst location to go to. The people are always snotty and unwilling to help you with your needs or ignorant. Every time my husband has gone in that location within the last 2 years (purely because of location convenience) he has left with zero resolutions and frustrated. I have always redirected him back to going to the 63rd Peoria location. After calling several Tulsa stores, this location has always had the most competent polite workers that actually help their customers and whenever either myself or husband has gone to this store we both always leave happy customers. And almost always leave with a new purchase and in a good mood. Its worth driving out of our way to go here. Go to the Peoria location if you prefer to spend your money in a place with good customer service and want to leave with a good experience.”

“Shout out and kudos to Erika in the appliance department in the Stow Lowe’s! My husband and I stopped in this last weekend to look at dishwashers. We weren’t ready to buy but Erika made sure to take some time with us and answer a few questions we had. She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and info as to things we would want to be aware of (certain brands are higher than other brands, so be sure to measure twice!). She also took the time to look up two different models we were interested in to see if they were in stock or when they could be ordered.
