I have been a Cricket customer for many years now and have been to at least 4 different Cricket stores (all individually-owned franchises, of course) in addition to spending time online with customer service reps. Tom has helped me with hardware issues a couple of time and is the first person I've found who not only knows his stuff and has solved my problems, but has also done it with a wonderfully kind and helpful attitude. The last time he helped me, I walked in already frustrated out of my mind with the obviously-overseas call center personnel and by the time I left, I was happy and smiling!
