“I have been very happy with The Landing of Stow for both my mother (age 89) and my mother-in-law (age 92). My mother moved into Assisted Living in May, 2020, and when I was looking for a facility for my mother-in-law in the Fall of 2021, I did not hesitate one bit to move her from her condo in Warren, Ohio, to The Landing of Stow. Due to a decline at one point for both moms, they were moved to the Memory Care neighborhood and both were on hospice care for awhile. However, due to the excellent care provided by the caring staff at The Landing of Stow, as well as outside providers, they are both now living back in Assisted Living….a real rarity….to continue to live their best lives going forward. The ENTIRE managerial staff is warm and welcoming to the residents and family members alike. In fact, they make it a point to interact with the residents and to call them by name. As for the floor caregivers who provide the daily care to the residents, they are wonderful as well. In addition, I would be remiss if I did not give a shout out to the receptionists, food service, housekeeping, the beauty salon, and maintenance employees, too. The Activities Director is always coming up with unique ideas for the residents’ enjoyment. Bingo is huge at The Landing of Stow! The activities that the residents enjoy in both Assisted Living and Memory Care are meant to be fun, but to also “keep things moving” both mentally and physically. In addition, The Landing of Stow offers on-site Physical and Occupational Therapies. In my case, the moms have worked with both PT and OT, and Melissa and Jessica are wonderful. As the sole family member responsible for both moms, I don’t know what I would do without such a supportive Landing of Stow “family” as the ladies continue on their respective journeys.”

She said everyone was wonderful from the person at the Front Desk to the Nurse Practitioner. Everyone was kind, caring, compassionate and very competent. “This place was Great. I would definitely recommend to anyone having hearing trouble, aids etc etc. Above and beyond. And tomakealong story short We wouldn't of even been at this place if wasn't for Audrey..Seriously, we accidentally made 3 different appointments at different places a different wasn't for her following up calling we would of been somewhere else, and about after visits she follows up. I don't think they actually know who they have buti would definitely do whatever I could to keep her..she's one of the good ones that are hard to find!! But from start to finish owner and new audiologist was exceptional, helpfully, sympathetic, and above all else understanding !!! I don't know these people, wasn't paid or expecting anything in return for this review, but ,I had to say something about Audrey, witch is the only reason i made review, or relized how exceptional thisplaceis, in General, she deserves a raise or whatever. And other than that , if you want Thebes, go here, if not continue where your going my mom is 80 yrs old and not easy to deal with..Amen to this place ,the Audiologist and especially!!!!!! “I have been seeing this place for a couple months and have had an over all good experience. Being a college student dealing with a lot I found the online meetings to be convenient for my busy schedule. They did not let me come in for my first meeting due to COVID but I was fine with that, and chose to just see them online ever since. I do find that it is easier to forget about appointments when they are online though. The act of driving my car to the office helps me remember, and I am embarrassed to say that I missed my first appointment with the online meetings. Over all it has been good though.”

“When I was first looking for mental health care I came across silver lake in a google search and I am so happy I did. I called and the receptionist is so friendly and doesn’t make you nervous at all. (I waited 10 years to make this step) I have been seeing Dr. Rosenberg and my therapist Holly since December. The care and the fact that I now have a doctor that actually listens to me is so refreshing. I am beyond happy that I can attend my appointments via zoom. I don’t think I would have taken this step otherwise. It’s so easy and appointment reminders are sent days before and the day of so you never forget. They also use this private messaging app where you can ask any question you have at any time and they’ll get back to you pretty quickly. Setting up my insurance was also incredibly easy. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I tell everyone how happy I am with the care I receive here and that everyone I have come across in the office is so personable and friendly even through a phone and a screen! Thank you for lessening my anxiety about seeking out mental health care.”
