“I was in Stow, Ohio over the weekend and found this awesome little coffee shop. I love a good coffee, it’s a thing that I enjoy. The Nervous Dog Coffee Bar was an absolutely delight to get a coffee. I will say this place was super busy, customers ordering at the counter & drive-thru. The staff did a fantastic job though, very friendly, helpful & got your order to you quickly. I went with my standard hot chocolate cappuccino & they had sandwich’s. So I ordered a “Golden Lab” which was an unbelievably tasty Turkey Club with veggies on it. I will say that I was one amazing sandwich, I very much enjoyed it. I was able to get a table to enjoy my meal & coffee. Your seating options with be tables, I found the chairs comfortable. I loved the atmosphere of this place, very relaxing & calm. A local artist had her paintings on display & for sale. The paintings were stunningly vibrant & used a brilliant paint. I really enjoyed my time & coffee here, I will definitely be returning for more coffee & tasty sandwiches. If you love a good coffee & sandwich’s, this is the place you must try.”

“We usually go to the Malleys in Canton but stopped in here. This location is double the size, but it seemed not to have as much in it as the Canton location. But one can never go wrong stopping at Malleys, a great place to get stocking stuffers, and of course, a few treats for myself. Very clean, well lit, and well displayed. We love the chocolate covered cashews and anything with coconut. Was glad to see they had the chocolate covered espresso beans as well.”

“My wife just had major shoulder surgery. We purchased the Active Ice 3.0 System with the shoulder pad. My wife ordered it from Amazon. We tested the system on the weekend before the surgery. To our chagrin, there was a pin hole leak on the shoulder pad. I called first thing the morning of my wife's surgery. I can't remember who I got, but she was amazing. I offered to pay for the fastest shipping so we could get the replacement. She said no. We had the replacement the next day before noon. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service. The company is just amazing.”

“I have been meaning to write this for a long time--finally getting it done because I really want to give kudos to Tom at this store!! I have been a Cricket customer for many years now and have been to at least 4 different Cricket stores (all individually-owned franchises, of course) in addition to spending time online with customer service reps. Tom has helped me with hardware issues a couple of time and is the first person I've found who not only knows his stuff and has solved my problems, but has also done it with a wonderfully kind and helpful attitude. The last time he helped me, I walked in already frustrated out of my mind with the obviously-overseas call center personnel and by the time I left, I was happy and smiling! I so hope that Tom stays there for a very long time!”

“The women working here were so friendly and helpful. The attitudes of some customers there, though, leave much to be desired. The hours that they purchase items and the guidelines for selling items are clearly communicated on social media and in the store, so I’m not sure why customers want to argue with them over polices that employees have no control over. I witnessed one lady be outright nasty to the employee because she was there after their buying hours were done for the day. If you went to Target, would you expect them to keep the store open for you because you couldn’t plan your day to get there before they closed? Be better, people, and treat people the way you want them to treat you!”
