Automotive Solutions must've thoroughly researched the definition of quality customer service. On arrival of my appointment time I met the very friendly Jose and his father. They proceeded to ask me about all of the issues I was having with my vehicle.

Fortunately, those problems only consisted of needing new brakes, rotors, and outer tie rods. They were even happy to answer a few questions about the quality of parts they use and recommend. I left and came back only about six hours later to again meet Jose who proceeded to go on a test drive with me to ensure my problems were solved.

This shop is an example of what an auto repair business should be. They only performed the work I asked for, and a basic inspection indicating a couple parts I need replaced in the future. Zero upselling. Zero hassle. A combination of value and safety is clearly their priority.

I guarantee it wont be hard to become a repeat customer of theirs!
