“This gym is amazing! I stopped working out and and had little energy for over a year. I ran into the owner and he told me to come in and do some training with him. He is awesome and a world class trainer! I’m in my 50’s and am getting toned and have incredible energy and best of all, I love going to the gym. I look forward to it! His wife Brenda is a doll and everyone working out there from athletes, to students, to Silver Sneakers and everyone in between are so friendly. I don’t know their names but everyone encourages everyone. Can’t speak highly enough! Give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed. Best decision for me!!”

“This gym is great. The machines and equipment are organized and clean. I have had a couple of times where I have been locked out during the time where the gym was supposed to be opened. But overall the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are also frequent opportunities to attend classes.”
