“So first off, I do not recommend the finance service!!!!! Find another way to pay because you are getting robbed with them!!!! That being said, we bought a scratch and dent washer and dryer. Great deal!! But the dryer did not work. Made a call, manager called me back in just a few minutes, told me to come in and swap it out with the floor model. Kind of sucks to ha e to do that, but hey, it happens. Everyone was really nice and made me feel like they appreciated me shopping there!!!! I will buy all of my appliances from these guys!!!!!”

“I see Rachel Turner with virtual therapy sessions and it's really nice to be able to stay out of the office during a pandemic and still get the same great care. The whole staff is wonderful, the check in process for virtual therapy is a little weird. You have to go into an app to check in and then go to a separate site and sign in again and the app is kind of annoying, but you can make payments through the app and see your upcoming appointments, so it's not totally useless, just silly to check in twice. I've forgotten to check in on the app and checked in on the computer and had to get a message saying "please check in on the app so we can get started" on more than one occasion. A minor gripe for a really great practice.”
