“Stow Friday's. The food was good; ribs, shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. We politely asked for bread. Friday's doesn't offer bread and butter, so we requested crackers and butter. Han**, our server, told us that Friday's didn't have crackers and butter. We really didn't believe it but decided it wasnt worth pursuing with her. When our food was delivered, by a different individual, we inquired about crackers and butter. She said no problem. Please advise your servers that they should check first before telling customers an item isn't available. As another example we asked about other veggie options. Other than a salad, we were advised that there were none. Fried green beans were on the menu (they are listed here on the survey). When ordering certain food items such as ribs and wings it is customary to provide wet wipes. We had to request them. When servers are conscientious we tip Well over 20%. When they aren't, we tip slightly under 20%. We all pay a price for marginal service. Friday's is worth visiting again. We enjoy the food and yes, one ondividual can make a difference. On a high note we choose to believe that the behavior of our server was an aberration. To her credit, she was perky...”
