She took the time with each person ( a total of 4 of us) to check our eyes thoroughly and to answer any questions that we may have had. Dr. Daris was very professional in the way she not only checked our eyes or answered our questions but also on how she maintains her exam area and how her staff assisted with the entire process (the staff members that we interacted with). Dr. Daris even took the time to assist us with our insurance services making sure that we received the best care per our insurance policy (ies). If you are new to the area or are looking for a new eye doctor for exams or medical issues, please do not hesitate to contact the optical department at the Macedonia Walmart and schedule an appointment with Dr. Daris.”

“I was initially scheduled to pick up a rental car at the Akron/Canton Airport Budget rental desk. When I arrived I was told that I had to use a credit card as they would not accept a debit card for the transaction due to being a corporate owned rental place. That would have been nice to know before I drove an hour to the airport but that wasn't Budget's fault. That was AAA's fault. When I located the Budget Rental place on Market Street which was a franchise owned Budget rental place, not a corporate rental place, the parking lot was small and full of cars. They need a larger parking area. The staff were extremely friendly and very flexible. They didn't have the initial sized car I was originally searching for but they upgraded me to a more suitable car for my needs. I would definitely use this franchise Budget Rental place again.”

“I recently did something I thought I would never do, buy a car sight unseen over the internet. I saw a post for one of Sam's cars and called him to speak about it. The car was pretty close to what I was looking for and Sam went out of his way to answer all of my questions and send photos and videos so I could be sure of what I was getting. Once I decided to buy, Sam was once again a huge help coordinating with all of the necessary people including a shipper to get me my car within a reasonable time. Once the car arrived it was in the exact condition described minus two small details that were very easy to overlook. Once I told Sam about the items in questioned he volunteered to make things right for me. I went into the deal with Sam with little more than a virtual handshake, relying on descriptions, pictures and videos. After reading the other reviews I had very high expectations for both Sam and the car. I have to say, this is one of those rare times where even with those initial high expectations I really believe I received more than what I paid for and my expectations were actually exceeded. I don't know when I'll be in the market for another sports car but when I am I know I will contact Sam and if you are looking for one now I recommend you do the same.”

“I’ve been coming to cost cutters for a couple of years , everyone is extremely nice! However I wanted to give a shout out to an employee for her attention to detail , teachable moment, kindness , going the extra mile , being respectful and classy as well! Tonight I went in for an eyebrow wax and hair trim! The stylist Ariel was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in! She let me know she would be available in 10 minutes. Once I was getting started she realized her coworker needed some guidance and was very very kind and classy! She was not rude or disrespectful, she used her time to teach a coworker how to do a couple of things! Not only did she step in and help her coworker she made sure the customer was happy! She did a great job with her verbiage and was very professional! Again stepped in very kindly gave pointers and made the experience into a teachable moment etc! She really went the extra mile! In a world where we have some many people rushing day to day and worrying about who’s in the chair etc she didn’t have this worry! She truly wanted to be a team player all around ! So thank you!! To her supervisor you are lucky to have her apart of your team!!! She is dedicated, kind , classy and professional! Thank you again!”

“All my friends and I buy our plants and yard flags and potting soil here. This a family owned business and they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. As I walked through the nursery a young gentleman asked me if I needed help and took me to the Shasta daisies. Later I asked one of the ladies about some of the plants that I wanted to buy and which ones would look best together. Two senior ladies were looking to buy some plants to attract hummingbirds and that's what I wanted so they told me about the vermilionaire plant. It looks like a tiny fuchsia plant. Then I headed to the checkout and Adeline greeted me warmly and with a big smile. She told me that indeed the hummers would love my new plant. She placed my plants in a box so that they wouldn't tip over and wished me a happy holiday weekend. They treat you like family here and you won't get that at the big box stores. Their plants are grown with love.”
