“I've taken my vehicle to Keith and Carmen so far 3 times. Their service was great. They told me what was wrong each time. One time the part they installed was defective so I had to go back and they replaced it for free. I love the warranty they have on their parts. It's not the mechanics fault if a part they order comes in defective. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Even though there is only 2 guys there, that I've seen, they do the work of a whole garage crew. Even though you don't have to make an appointment to be seen it's better to do so that way you are guaranteed a spot for service. They will try to fit you in the best they can if you don't have an appointment. So far I haven't seen any evidence of the bad reviews they've received. Keep up the good work guys.
