He did a fantastic job lowering the action and adjusting the truss rod to make the guitar 100% more playable. It sounds beautiful and I really enjoy playing it again now. After talking with Kevin, he is very knowledgeable about acoustic guitars and how to truly customize a guitar built for the individual. Being a hardwood person myself, I enjoyed hearing his extensive knowledge on the sound characteristics of each wood type.
