“Sam Jackson’s is the one of best body shops in the Columbus area. Their honesty, paint matching, and quality of work is second to none. They make sure they use OEM parts when other body shops will not. When my 2016 Honda Accord got hit in Honda R&D parking by another vehicle, the vehicle looked better than before the accident. It is so difficult to paint match and blend, but they have it down pat. After that positive experience, I asked them to paint a Corvette ZR1 spoiler for my Z06. I wanted a perfect paint match as it is a show car, needless to say they hit it out of the park. I’m glad to have a body shop I can trust like Sam Jackson’s and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.”

“My 2015 Honda Pilot was hit while at work, the vehicle was damaged on the rear side panel and rear bumper area. Long story long, they performed excellent work and everything looks even better than before! We are missing a seat belt anchor cover. This is located behind the rear 3rd row seat.. Surprisingly this a expensive piece to purchase.. Hopefully they still have it at the shop. This was on the vehicle before the worked on it. They only work on Acura and Honda so I recommend! I do hope they can replace the Anchor cover! It's now a eye 👁🗨 sore to see (from my wife)”

“I’ve gone here at least the last 3 oil changes and I have always left happy. I never leave reviews but tonight made me feel like more than just another oil change. They fixed a couple things that I had been dealing with and they made it seem like not a problem at all and a quick fix. They weren’t rude because I gave them extra work, especially so close to closing. They were both genuinely kind. This was great customer service and I’m huge on customer service and would never return if I wasn’t satisfied. The kindness and professionalism of them makes it the only place I’ll ever be getting my oil change from now on. As well as work done....found out they have a repair shop as well! :) I appreciate the hard work alongside the kindness and honesty.”
