“I was at the Hilliard store about two weeks ago and had a great experience. The store itself was organized but the staff made the location shine. One staff member was leaving for the day when I was checking out and she touched base with the rest of the staff saying that she'd see them tomorrow. It felt like they delighted in each other and it made the energy in the place really wonderful. The woman who handled my check out was knowledgeable, chatty and super fun. The manager was incredibly personable . . . there's so much talk about how customer service is dying so it was refreshing to see people enjoying themselves at work. “Very nice place. Attended the balloon festival for 2018. Nicely managed. Offered rides through biplanes, kids are busy with jumping through the inflated structure. Must watch colorful balloons, and are lit in the night. Enjoy the food, music while watching the colorful balloons. Remember to take chairs and umbrellas.”
