I felt silly at first, as I was a little down ....and went in there for a pack of smokes and a lighter, which helps nothing but nicotine is a stinker. anyhow, I explained I just needed a smoke (haha I did have a lot on my mind, and wasn't aware it was written on me) and they checked again....and you know I appreciate it. What if I was a person truly in distress? I think they would help. that's great people. and also, they did also make me feel like I mattered.”
