“I was at Otterbein Springboro in December for 6 days. Everyone was wonderful. The caregivers were so kind and helpful with tips on how to walk with my walker with only the use of one leg. The nurses were always there with meds and responded quickly if needed in between. Physical and Occupational therapists were so good. They really made sure to help me make my goal of being home before Christmas. And even worked with my husband on how to help me at home. The food was cooked on site in the house by caregivers and was always good and plentiful. I continued with home care thru otterbein as well and the therapists and nurse have been awesome. Glad I chose this facility for sure!”

“Brian did a beautiful job on our basement floor. We had to do everything on the phone and online due to the fact we live in California and the house we own is in Ohio. He was super helpful in assisting us with choosing what colors to use. He was always honest and forthcoming with information about the epoxy process. “I used to live in Miamisburg which is when I first heard of this Business - best rated shop in town and for good reason. Recently, I moved about 45 minutes away but I still drive here for all my service needs as you just don't hear about this quality of shop any more. Family ran business - always greeted with a smile by Mike or Stephanie as soon as you walk in. I had brake lines repaired here which is a HUGE job - Mike had it done in less than 2 days as well as a full inspection notifying me of any repairs coming due soon. No pressure sales environment and overall top notch customer service. 5/5 - Would Recommend. I started recommending this shop to friends and family and found out they have been going there for years!
