“PetPeople (Springboro) has a cleaner, more personal, shopping experience than some of the other pet stores in the area (including the bigger chain store). We go there for their pet treat bar--which has a wide selection of fun "homemade" snacks our dogs love. They also have two "wash your own dog" stations with semi-private rooms/closable doors. The staff are extremely nice and personable. The only real downside are their bagged treats, in general, are more expensive than the bigger chain store, but that's to be expected. Our dogs love going to PetPeople except when they get baths!”

“If I could give this place a million stars I would! I am the worlds biggest procrastinator and I dropped off my bridesmaids dress as last minute as possible to get pressed. I was praying for the turn around time to be with in 7 hours, but they went above and beyond and had my dress ready and perfect in 6 hours! I am also very impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. Also, this is a private local business. And Covid has hit businesses like these hard. Go out and support local businesses like this!
