KO Storage

The new owners, KO Storage, are much easier to deal with than the previous owners. The site manager made himself immediately available when I had an issue with my unit.

The new owners seem committed to turning the facility around. They corrected an error by the previous owner that caused a massive bill… and without a hassle. I’m satisfied.

Very clean storage facility. The employees were very helpful in transitioning to a bigger unit. Great communication. I like the 24 hour access. Thank you.

Excellent customer service!! Open 24 hrs with gate security!! I had to get additional storage late night after observing i would need more space. They were right there for me...A1👌

I went to Franklin self storage this week to rent a unit. I was assisted by Christina who was awesome! She made sure to fill me in on the current promos and I got a unit for an awesome price because of this. She has great customer service skills. She even went out in the pouring rain to show me where my unit was and assist me with the lock, and she did it with a smile on her face! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to store your precious belongings. I will absolutely continue to use this facility for any of my future storage needs!
