“This isn't a review of the pilot itself but of a staff member there, Jessica. I went in with my dog to do laundry and take a shower. She was welcoming to me and my dog. Also after I made the comment that drying off after a shower is sometimes difficult with my dog underfoot, she went out of her way to insure that we got the larger of the shower rooms so that wouldn't be an issue. Her customer service is top notch.”
